1 Week Old

Anne Bailey turned 1 week old yesterday. This has been such a crazy week but we are loving every bit of it. Here are a few things Anne Bailey has been up to her first week.

Meeting Cabo and Greta



Lots of relaxing and sleeping (she did not start out this way but kept sliding down until she got comfy) So Cute!

Introducing Anne Bailey Thomas!

Anne Bailey arrived on August 4, 2010 at 6:04 P.M. She weighed 9 pounds and was 20 inches long. She is absolutely beautiful and we are so in love with her. We feel completely blessed to have this little girl in our lives and we are having so much fun being her parents.

Ready and Waiting

So we have about a week and half to go before Anne Bailey arrives. We are hoping she will come a little early but according to my doctor visits she seems pretty comfy where she is. Here are a few things we have been finishing up over the last couple weeks to get ready for her arrival.

The nursery is my new favorite room. I hope Anne Bailey loves it as much as I do.

A Surprise Birthday Party and Baby Shower

Last weekend was a busy weekend for us. Friday night I hosted an early surprise 30th birthday party for Ruff at our house. He is a very hard person to keep things from so everyone had to do alot of fibbing to pull this off. I think this scared him a little bit because I got pretty good at it. Thanks to everyone who helped out we were able to pull it off and Ruff was completely surprised. It was a great party with wonderful friends.

On Saturday our best friends hosted a couples baby shower for us. Everything was so nice and we had such a great time hanging out with everyone. We felt so honored that so many people would come from out of town to celebrate with us. We are truly blessed to have such great friends. Thank you to the Carrs, Ethridges, Newmans, and Rowlands for throwing such a great party.
