Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, the girls and I went to the annual Christmas Eve brunch at the Hollands. We had a great time visiting with friends and eating some yummy food. That afternoon we attended the children's service and then went to My Mike and DeDe's house for presents and the famous Christmas Eve dinner. We had so much fun spending time with family. We are so thankful for our friends and family during the holiday season!

Christmas in Oxford

On Sunday, we went to Oxford to celebrate Christmas at Nat's house. We had a great day of dirty Santa, eating and playing LRC. Anne Bailey is really into opening presents this year so it was so much fun to watch. Emerson loved meeting some of the family and getting lots of attention. We had a great day at Nat's and can't wait until next year!!

Visiting Santa At The Mall

We went to the mall Wednesday night to see Santa again! We saw him a few weeks ago when he was visiting Swirlz downtown but Anne Bailey was not ready to sit in his lap. After talking about him for several weeks and reading stories she was finally ready. Also, I had to get a picture of her and Emerson in his lap so ready or not we were doing it!! Thankfully, they both did great and we got some adorable pictures. Anne Bailey told Santa that she wanted a "Christmas tree and suckers"! After visiting with Santa for a little while Anne Bailey played on the playground, rode the train and carousel and then we had dinner. I love making these sweet memories with the girls!!

School Christmas Parties

This week has been busy with Christmas parties at both of Anne Bailey's schools. On Tuesday, she had her party at FUMC. I was a party mom this month so I got to join in on the fun. We had

Chick-fil-a for lunch and then made cute hand print ornaments with the kids for them to take home. It was so fun getting to spend some time with her sweet little friends at school!

On Wednesday, we had Anne Bailey's party at First Presbyterian Preschool. They had yummy snacks, sang Christmas songs and read a Christmas book. They are such a fun little group and were so excited about Christmas. I loved hearing them tell me what they asked Santa for! Anne Bailey of course had a blast!!
