Memorial Day Weekend

On Saturday, we went to Vicksburg to the Newman's house to celebrate Audrey Grace's
1st birthday. I cannot believe that she is already 1! They had a fun cookout and lots of great water toys set up in backyard for her party. We had so much fun visiting with friends and playing in the water. Audrey Grace and Anne Bailey were so funny together! Audrey Grace did not like that Anne Bailey had a bow in so she kept taking it out. They are so cute!

The rest of the weekend we stayed in Clinton with the Rowlands. We cooked out all weekend and played in the backyard. Their girls, Kennedy and Mary Morgan were so sweet with Anne Bailey and shared all their toys with her. Anne Bailey loved smiling at them and waving. We had such a fun weekend and are so thankful for great friends!

9 Month Checkup

Anne Bailey finally had her 9 month checkup yesterday and she did great! She really showed out for everyone by waving, clapping, and talking. Dr. Price was of course very impressed! Anne Bailey weights in at a healthy 22 pounds and 15 ounces and is in the 98th percentile. She is also 28 inches long and is in the 55th percentile for length. We still think she is going to be on the shorter side like her mommy and daddy. Dr. Price said she is doing great as far as trying new foods and gave us some suggestions for other foods to try. She also said we could start giving her formula in her sippy cup a few times a day. That should be interesting! We are so thankful to have a healthy baby girl!

Christopher's 2nd Birthday

On Sunday we went to our cousin, Christopher's 2nd birthday party at Veteran's Splash Park. It was hot and crowded but so fun! Anne Bailey loved watching all the older kids run around. Ruff tried to get her foot wet but she wanted nothing to do with it. The water was pretty cold so I don't blame her. I think the birthday boy had a great time too! He got lots of great presents and loved playing in the water. Christopher is so sweet to Anne Bailey! They are going to have so much fun growing up together!

Six Years

On Saturday, Ruff and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary! It is crazy to me to think that we have been married that long. This has truly been the best 6 years and I am so lucky to get to spend everyday with my best friend. He is the most amazing husband and father and I thank God everyday that he is in my life. This year was also extra special because we had our little sweet pea to celebrate with us. We spent the weekend in Pickwick relaxing and spending time together. I truly cherish these moments with my little family!

Pool Party

Anne Bailey has really loved having her friend Tatum in town. Today they had a pool party at our house. It was so fun to watch them because they were having a full on conversation with each other. They also splashed, screamed, chewed on toys, read books, and pulled on each other's hair and bathing suits. They are just too cute!!!

Mall Playdate with Tatum

Today we met Laura and Tatum at the mall to do some strolling. Anne Bailey and Tatum were so excited to see each other and talked and smiled at each other the whole time. We also had lunch while we were there so the girls got some good playtime with each other's toys. During lunch they kept staring at the carousel so we decided to take them for a ride. They loved it! Such a fun day with friends!
