Anne Bailey Goes To The Dentist

Anne Bailey went to the dentist for the first time on Thursday. She was such a big girl and let Kim, our dental hygienist look in her mouth and clean her teeth! I am so proud to say that she had no cavities! Yay!! She was a little shy when Dr. Hildenbrand came in and did not want to show him her teeth. He just had to take Kim's word that she was cavity free. Anne Bailey got her picture taken and lots of fun prizes for being in the no cavity club. We are so proud of our big girl and no cavities!!

On Saturday Ruff, Anne Bailey, and I went to Starkville for the State game. We had a great time tailgating with the Newman's and visiting friends. Anne Bailey and Audrey Grace had so much fun playing together and cheering for the bulldawgs! She also did great during the game and loved eating popcorn, chips, and candy! Even though she was having so much fun right before halftime she looked up at Ruff and said "go night night in Anne Bailey's bed." We knew that she had a big day and that it was time to go home. We loaded up the car, turned the game on the radio and looked back and Anne Bailey was already asleep before we left campus. We had another great Saturday in Starkville watching the bulldawgs win!!

2 Month Checkup

Emerson had her 2 month checkup last week with Dr. Price. She did so good showing off all her skills, especially how well she was able to focus and really impressed Dr. Price. She weighted 13lbs 7 oz and was 23 inches long. She is in the 85th percentile for weight and 61st percentile for lenght. Emerson also had to get her first round of shots this visit. I think I was more nervous than she was! She did great though and only cried for a minute. We are so thankful for another healthy baby girl!!

Making a Mess

Last Monday the girls had their usual playdate with Tatum and Cordie at their grandparents, Bebe and Mimi's house. It was raining so Bebe had a great idea of having art class in the carport. There was paper, chalk, markers and paint!! The girls had the best time "making a mess" as Anne Bailey would say. It was so fun and I am so thankful it was not at my house! Homecoming At The Lake

On Saturday morning we loaded up and went to the lake to meet My Mike and DeDe. Before we left town we had to make a 45 minute detour to track down our mail lady to pick up a special package. :) When we got to the lake we immediately went down to the dock to play and found a special surprise. Monkey had finally returned from his vacation!! Anne Bailey was so excited to see him and gave him lots of hugs and kisses! We had a great weekend and are all so happy that monkey is home!
