Painting Pumpkins

After the pumpkin patch, Anne Bailey wanted to paint one of her pumpkins. Anne Bailey loves to paint, especially on herself! Her teachers call her a "little artist" because she gets right in there and isn't afraid to get it all over herself. You know I just love that too! :) Emerson had lots of fun watching Anne Bailey paint. She attempted to paint some but I don't think she got a much on there. After mixing lots of different colors together the pumpkin came out a beautiful shade of purple. We also carved a pumpkin and made a big smiley face on it. Anne Bailey like poking her finger through the holes and Emerson loved helping scrape the seeds out. We had a fun night with the girls!

we also put a few handprints on it

Then we just had to play in the paint for a bit
