That is the question Anne Bailey has been asking every morning for the last month so I was happy to finally tell her "YES." The girls woke up to some fun Valentine presents that morning. Anne Bailey got a pizza set, stamp set, books and a Dora balloon. Emerson go a new umbrella stroller, books and a balloon for her first Valentines. I think they both liked the balloons the best! Anne Bailey then headed off to her second school Valentine's party of the week. She must have had a great time because she came home with her shirt covered in lots of fun candy colors!! After school, we delivered Valentine cupcakes to some friends and went to visit Mel Mel at work to give her a Valentines's happy from the girls. Dee Dee and My Mike came by our house that afternoon to exchange Valentine's with them also.
Ruff and I had already celebrated our Valentines the weekend before so that night we took the girls to a fancy dinner at
Chick-fil-a. Ha! We ate some yummy chicken, played on the playground, and listened to their fun band(teenagers that work there singing in a karaoke machine). Anne Bailey was still a little wired from all the sweets that day so went to the mall to play and ride the carousel. We had such a great day with our girls! I think they enjoyed it too because Anne Bailey is still going around saying "Happy Valentine's Day!"
