A Day In The Life of A Big Sister

Anne Bailey has been such a good big sister since Emerson has been home! She is always very concerned about Emerson and lets us know when she is sleeping, eating, or crying . She has also been such a good sharer since Emerson was born. The first day she met her in the hospital she immediately shared her monkey with Emerson. At home she loves to let Emerson cuddle with her monkey, baby, and ducks. She is also a big help in feeding Emerson bottles, giving her a paci, and making sure she is always covered up. The other day I walked into the den and Anne Bailey had pulled up her chair to Emerson's swing and was reading a book to her. How sweet is that?!?

We spend lots of time together as a family but we also try and make sure to give Anne Bailey some one on one time with each of us. She is so funny right now and is such a little entertainer!  She is completely obsessed with rubber ducks and playing dollhouse. She is still the smartest little thing and we are having so much fun with her. We are so proud of Anne Bailey and what a great big sister she is! We can't wait until these two can play together in the future!!
