Weekend with Friends

On Thursday, Ruff and I went to Lake Bruin to meet up with the Carrs, Newmans, Rowlands, and Luke and Kelley to celebrate Matthew's 30th birthday. We were so excited to get away for the weekend and hang out with friends. We had such a great time just talking and laughing all weekend. This was my longest time being away from Anne Bailey so we were so ready to see her on Sunday. When we walked through the door she started smiling and clapping so big like we had won a prize. It was so cute and the perfect ending to our weekend!

While we were away Anne Bailey was very busy. She stayed with DD and Big Mike half the weekend and Mel Mel the rest. On Thursday DD and Mrs. Betty Black surprised us and took Anne Bailey to meet Dan Mullen at the Road Dawgs Tour. DD said that Anne Bailey was so good and talked it up to Dan when he was holding her. She is already a football expert so I am sure they had a very interesting conversation! While Anne Bailey was with Mel Mel she got lots of fun playing time in with her cousin Christopher. Anne Bailey also got her third tooth over the weekend! We are so lucky to have such wonderful family to take care of our sweet baby when we are out of town. I know she had such a fun weekend!
